Yeah My car also weighs 2297 lbs without me in it. 18lbs felt crazy in my car couldn't believe how hard it was pulling..

Wow I remember how the haters were saying with the holsets,big numbers but slow cars! Where are the haters now!!!! Not bad for a turbo that costs under 600.00 cash!Here comes 8's!
That's the ultimate revenge, to be forced to sell parts for a turbo you talked shit about from day one and called "junk".
Not to jump in as a hater, but just to state that any dsm that ways ~2300 lbs and is built to the point Dave's car is SHOULD be running in the 9's with a large frame turbo. (built motor, dog box trans, caged, etc)
This post is in NO MEANS to take away from what was accomplished, I'm just stating that this is a race car, and should go 9's with any turbo that flows ~70 lbs/min, (hx40, gt35r/6262 and there variances [hta, EFR series, etc.], regaurdless if it's a Holset or not.
Again, congrats to all involved on the single digit pass!

Right, but until now nobody would believe a Holset could do it because results weren't there and shops don't want to touch them. .How much does the 300m tcase run?? That's what I'm looking at for a future upgrade.
Tried boostin performance's site but didn't see anything about the tcase's in the services section.
Who else just skips right over 9's like that?
...Well the Infamous Green 4g63 S2000 did...but still ;-) ..haha ...
I'd also like to see 160 MPH on the HX40 ... but another 6 MPH is asking A LOT at these speeds... we shall see...
8's are a good 60 foot away...
