. That's awesome about the 205mph tooWell took the car to the local 1/8mile again and got 2 runs in. I have turned up the boost to 34psi and leaned it out abit.
With this trap in the 1/8th i can guarentee some 135mph+ passes at the quarter.
60ft - 1.756
1/8th 7.372
mph - 103.99
still having troubles getting the car outta the hole but is pulling real nice now.

Matt, seriously, you have to change your user name to: HOLSET-Monster. How the hell you'll allways have that Holset info???
Keep up the good work.

I'm still collecting all the parts I'll need for my Holset install.
Does anyone with the BEP housing remember which O2 housing gasket they used?
I found an old gasket in my junk closet an it is 1/2" smaller then the BEP outlet. You must be logged in to view this image or video.
Also anyone know which manifold gasket to use?
Thanks.
Got underneath and took another picture of the arm on the turbo.

The two non rusty areas of the flat are where epoxy or a blockoff plate must be put in, they are the coolant feed holes for the electric actuator.
The hole the stud went in, is already there and not round. It is meant as part of the method they use to index the VGT position when installing the actuator and the turbo on the truck. I lightly filed the threads on the other end of that stud, and it went in with some tapping from a hammer. Fits very snug and isn't going anywhere.
You could drill it out round, and tap it for a larger stud, but this worked just fine. The metal up nearer the gear is very hard, not sure about where the hole is, but I'd guess its much the same.

The only right choice is call Nick from turbotrader.com
I used that same gasket but enlarged it with a dremel. I used a 7cm exhaust manifold to turbo gasket.
