Seven years of turbo rebuilding has given me the ability to identify compressor wheels and housings fairly easily.

Almost looks like a stock Starion / Conquest turbo or something whch would have been a TD05 12A, but I have no clue.
Alright, this is going to seem completely stupid - Trust me. It will.
I went to check out a GST with my friend last night. Supposedly had a lot done to it. What we find is a 2G, loping away, lowered to the ground, and needs a little attention. One of the big attractions, besides it being cammed, was that it was supposedly equipped with an E16G. I popped the hood and this is what I saw.

I initially called it off, didn't want to deal with someone who couldn't get their advertisements at least within believable levels and potentially screw over a friend. Then... I rode in it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a T25 should not pull harder than a 14b, correct? This thing pulled harder than my old 16g on 18PSI, and this was only running 15psi.
o.- Was there ever a turbo made on par with a 16g that had the built in J-Angle on it? As far as I'm aware, an E16g has a bolt-on J pipe. Someone, please save my sanity?
Nothing externally. It is the EXACT same houseing as the t-25. Take the snorkel off and look at the compressor wheel, it will be bigger than the T25. I'll post a pic...
A standard T-25 will have much more meat on the inlet of the compressor housing.
In order to fit the t-28 internals, they have to bore it out so its substanially thinner
I heard that the t28 compressor wheels have more fins then t25?
