BTW, it does look like you're correct. 6 blade hx40 with the t3 bep housing.

Sure looks like it to me, I used to own one identical to this. The only way to be sure is to remove the compressor cover and measure the inducer spec of the wheel.

This might be a dumb question but i have tried to look up this turbo and cant find out to much information on it. Plus i dont even know if i am hooking the vacuum lines hooked up right. there is some information on the turbo:

Some Chinese piece of crap that appears even smaller than the T04E notation stamped on the cover (Chinese turbos are almost never what they claim to be on the cover).

The hose you have routed back to the intake is doing nothing....remove it and cap off the intake. Besides that, everything else looks good.

Anyother information that you know? Is it a ball bearing or how much oil preasure should i have going to it. Any other info would be very much appreciated.

Definitely not ball bearing; I'd oil it as if it were a T04E Garrett I suppose- it's not easy to call China and ask how their turbos should be oiled.

Im pretty sure this is a 16g but the owner said he thinks it's a 14b. I'm going to get it for 50 bucks but just want to make sure. Thanks

I won't be installing it in my car. Just probably keep it for a spare. I'm running a 20 g now. But I did check for play no in and out, very minimal side to side

That looks like a feed line.

Definitely a 14b. You can tell a 14b from a 16g easily if you look at the compressor wheel's fins. A 'g series turbo uses the "doubled" or closely stacked fins grouped in twos, while a 14b's fins are spaced equally and spread apart.

14B, by the way. $50 could be a deal or a complete ripoff depending on whether it works or the condition of the turbine housing.

Can't read the tag that well. If you can see what the first few digits of the part number are, just Google the number and out "Schwitzer" after the number and it should give you a few leads.
