To be totally honest, get the Lite Glow LED Neons. I have them and they are about 3 times brighter than my old Stret GLow Gold series and I even drug one down the road when a mount broke. I picked it up, put a new mount on and it still works fine. Try that with a regular neon. They also have 10 different flash/dance patterns. Let me know if you need more info. I get them cheap

the point is that they dont smash as easily... you crack a neon and its dead... you crack an LED, then you lost 1 LED outta 300 that you have on that bar... i think thats right, isnt it?

I've seen the LED kits, VERY NICE. Much more reliable IMO. Plus the patterns and what not are so much more effective if you are trying to be noticed @ a show or what not. If anyone goes to NOPI Nats this year, you'll see them on quite a few cars. It'll probably be the rage on civics next year.

I was wondering if anyone has the StreetGlow Turquoise neon installed anywhere? I am trying to figure out what its color is like before i spend a ton of money on accent lights for my subs/amps. I want something that's somewhat close to the color of my car. Thanks in advance.

I have neo blue on my car (stock green color), looks sweet as hell at night, you got a kick so it may be easy, but the back bulb was a bi*** to install, I ended up cutting part of my pumper out

What ever you do, dont show anymore bulbs, it looks sweet as hell when thier are no bulbs showing, but once u show bulbs it becomes ###, and illegal (in my state)

I have blue, check my gallery to check it out. And I paid 21.99 for my whole neon kit on ebay. Came with everything to mount up. And the back bumper is hella hard to get done... But its worth doing it right.

wow dude, your car looks dope as hell with those white rims, very nice

Your ride does look good... nice and clean. I am still debating on my color. I want to do the "turquoise" color, but I'd hate to pay the money and then have the color not look right. I am also looking to get neon for the interior, under dash, under the seats, and in the rear where my subs and are. Thanks for the replys.

I have black neon lights under my dash, and Blue neons bolted in the back where my nos bottle is. Reflects the nitrious bottle hella good. Turqiouse would look hella good on your car, 4 realz. Blue would 2, but everyone has blue. I say go for it, and if you don't like them return them or sell them or something.

the turquise/aqua sucks.. i got a kit to put on my truck, and you can barey see the color on the road.. it looks like a cheap blue underbody..

Does anyone else get harrassed by the cops for having blue neons? My friend is constantly getting pulled over for having blue and they claim its impersonating an emergency vehicle.

$300 fine for blue or red neon.

The neon are simply illegal in my state. Whether they are on, off, not wired... it doesnt matter. I got a $35 ticket for having windshield washer lights. It was 11am, and my washers werent even wired up. Didnt matter. Some town cops dont care about the the undercarriage lights, but all you need is that one who does and your done. I dont know waht the ticket is for driving with a color other than red or blue, but its still pretty steep. I hate massachusetts.

I have a turquoise under my car, and i love them. i have had em for almost 2 years now. But IMO dont buy the streetglo brand. You will get an effect like pinknuggit said. Go with lowglow. they will light up A LOT better. and the tubes are easier to hide.

mass is bad for anything custom i was in a parkin lot with my neons on and my truck sittin sideways (bagged) and a cop came in and almost wrote me a ticket but he got an emergancy call and threw me my reg and license and took off at like 90

I have a red 95 eclipse.... which color underglow lights would look the best on mine.... besides red and blue.. since they are illegal. If anybody has any pics of there red car with some.. that would be great.

back in the day when i had my neons, i mounted them on the C pillar on the hatch. ill post pics later tonight.. ive got em on my computer at home somewhere. they worked well... kinda hard to see at night though

i have the combat rear end on my car. we put the neon on the rear subframe. you cant see the bulb and it looks pretty good i think. there should be holes you can use on the subframe. if you put the neon on the under side of the trunk you will see the bulb looks pretty nasty

I have green streetglow gold series, although I wouldnt reccomend it.

1) cost me almost 200 dollars
2) doesnt light up any better then 21.99 ebay

:-\

Its all illegal (any underglow) in MN

Torquise would look good and keep you legal. In almost every state red, blue, yellow, and green are illegal. But I personaly installed a double set on a mustang (blue) they were green and white sets, and it looked sweet. He got pulled over for the green though. Anyhow the turquise will look almost like a 50-50 split of the neo-blue and green ones. But if you have them carry proof of color cause they have a tendency to show more of the blue from distance (blue neons are usually britter than green).

Stop with the bashing of the cars and the calling of RICE!
This is going to be the first and final warning in this thread!

http://www.streetglow.com/ Could give you a good idea I think. Have you given that webpage a try?

I dont know if those two help but hey... At least I tried eh?

Can you actually see the tube on the side. from the last pic it looks like the side tubes are visible. Me personally I don't like cars that you can see the tubes, and also its actually illegal to have a tube showing. Other than that the car looks great, and try maybe painting or taping off the sides to hide the tube, if it shows that is.
