neon lighting [Merged 5-7]

I have had neons under three of my cars and have never had any problems with them. I ordered Street Glow blue line series. They are great and don't break the bank. I've had one burn out on me but they replace them for free if it does happen. I thikn they look badass and have a set of green ones under my current car. Just install them correctly so they won't hit before the frame does.

i have street glow gold series on my mazda and i have not had one problem i just tucked them so frame hits first and my car is LOW. i hate the liteglow and they woudl get water in them like every 3 days. they kept replacing them because they werent cracked but i got sick of sitting htere while they were replaced.

I have 2 stes of red Lite glow on my car. look at my info to see what i looks like. IMO it looks really cool but it is a pain in the @ss. I have had alot of problems with mine hitting stuff on the road.

IMHO, PLEASE don't get a neon kit. You know I can deal with body kits in good taste. But neons cause me to have an uncontrollable gag reflex.

actually i lowered my GST in Photoshop it is completely stock. i was referring to my mazda which is so much lower.

i have a liteglow green underbody kit

there seems to be about 4-5 inches that doesnt light up on my passenger side, but other than that i would say that they are alright, i only paid $70 for mine....

i installed mine myself, and the next morning i got up early in the morning to go on a trip, and i backed out of my garage and the neon popped and glass was everywhere.. what happened was the wire musta got caught by the wheel or something, and pulled the neon under the wheel, so i put the short tube on my driver side now, because you cant mount a neon in the back on a 2g talon, unless you have a body kit.

so if you get one, make sure you install it right, and check your wires before you go roaring out of your driveway.

you can mount a neon on the back of a 2g. right behind the spare tire well, between the wheels. Just drill through the metal. And InnercircleVP, you are SPECIAL if streetglow sent you new tubes for free. I had 2 gold series and one the first kit I had 2 tubes burn out. I called street glow and they said, "mail them in to us($7.00) and if we THINK its a defect we'll send a new one in 3 to 4 weeks, if its not a defect you can send us $50 and $10 S/H for a replacement." I hate StreetGlow's customer service.

This pic is of my car with two sets on but even when i just had one set on my car mine were much brighter than that. IMO it does look cool but I would rather not go through all the trouble again.

P.S. The cobra eyes have been off for about 6 months now and I wish I had never put them on, so dont bring it up.

Cops will pul you over for one pair. I get yelled at for having them on when I wash my car a night. Or even better, I got yelled at for having them on at my work. Stupid donut eater pulls in to my work, says "turn them off, or I'll make you take them off." My family owns a small buisness in Fenton, so I told the cop to get off my property. Fenton cops are the worst cops ever.

you can buy 12v remotes, will work with any 12v source in your car. you can wire up your underbody or anything you want in it. they cost about $25 + ship
