wow man i remember when I first seen this thread. just awesome, keep up the good work. I no longer own a dsm because I just gave up on them, but if I ever seen a clean 2g like urs Id own one again in a heart beat. I now own a mk4 supra haha.

Haha this thread as been a long time coming. But i know the feeling man. Good luck with the supra.

Glad to see someone sticking with their project until it's finished, no matter how long it takes. Project looks good, and so do the other cars from the shop.

Thanks man, i have been seeing a lot of DSM'rs with there cars up for part outs that i never thought i would see. I just owed it to myself to see this project through.

I thought that DSM looked familiar!

I was in your shop a couple weeks ago, getting an alignment for my SVT Contour.

I almost bought that same car a year ago, love what you've done with it. Keep it up, your attention to detail will pay off in the long run. It does suck getting to the point when you can finally enjoy it, but it'll be that much better when you know it's been done 100% right.

It was a rainy day at the shop today with no servicing whatsoever......... So i decided to get a lil work done on the gsx

Haha ya man!!! that has been my goal since day one.

I decided to pick up a 6262 journal bearing instead of a GTX35R. Money is playing a factor now. But in the long run i think it will be perfect for what i want to do with the car.

Well I completed the piping yesterday.

Now it is time for a trip to the Powder coaters!!!

No i can not take credit for the piping work. All i did was buy the materials and explained to the tech on how i wanted it ran. My tech wanted more practice with welding aluminum so i gave him a shot and it came out really good. I'm going to grind down the high spots and have the pipes powder coated wrinkle black.

Man you were so close to getting done. For what you had sold your dsm you still couldn't get a house. Its such a beautiful car. I hope the car gets to the right owner and not just some kid. It would be a heart breaker if it does.

your right it cant buy me a house. But it can get me a nicer down payment on one. People hit a certain point in there life where other things become a priority. not dumping all there money into one car. And i guess i hit mine.

I hope i do find a good owner for the car.

Placed a big order with PTUNING, STM, and Summit racing today. Then i Bolted on my manifold and started fabing up my DP.
