Well straight out of puerto rico a galant VR4 is doing 10.3@138 mph and this is a complete car and a daily driver!!!

I've seen him on traffic jams and just drool when i see the car.

I'll see if i can get you guys a list of mods
Last i remember he was using an S-AFC.
