now to keep the green 2gb talon bumper or sell it

got the afpr put on the car. mounted it were there was 2 holes that are factory so that is were it went for now. I might move it some time but did not want to drill holes in the the car. Also put in the wally 255 that is modded.

Got the color matched 2gb talon bumper put on. Got it trimmed just to make it fit. look 1000 times better than the green one since it match's the car.

I raised the car up today also. 1/4in in the front and 1/2in in the back. So no I should have plenty of room for the new rims. The rear Qt. panels now have 1.75in from tire to Qt. panel. Before I could just get a finger between them.

I went to start it for the 1st time and the miata battery is junk so I have to get a new battery tomorrow.

Today I scored 2gb talon door strip's and a talon 2gb rear bumper both of them are cayenne red pearl so the car will be all one color but the 2ga talon twisty skirts that are red. Just have to wait to for them the show up. Got them from tonyseagle

the front diffuser will be her on friday also.

I got the door strips from tonyseagle. Also got the 2gb rear bumper from him

Got the strips on the car. Big thanks to tonyseagle for making a template for me.

got the holes marked,drilled, and painted the bare metal.

Installed

now the not so happy. I did not even think about it the front diffuser is for a eclipse 2gb bumper and not a talon 2gb bumper. So the holes are in the wrong spots. With it lined up with the holes it does not stick out the 2in that it should. I moved it out the 2in so it is right and I like the way it looks.

3.5in to short to the back of the bumper

So it looks like I will be selling it now

The car will not have a wing on it. It will get a carbon trunk lid if I can find one I will buy it other wise I will just get some carbon fiber and resson and wrap one of the trunk lids I have.
The talon wings will not work on a spyder. the lower thumb nail wing sits and is shaped to the hatch. the tall 2gb talon wing bolts to the hatch around the glass so that is out also.

Im keeping an eye out here locally for you on those black seat belts and rear seats. Id sell my rear seats BUT it really looks better than the tan so im sorry man=) Ill still keep an eye out. I just used the tempplate to drill the holes on the car. I still have it send me a pm I can send it to you if you want to use it

no more big ### green rims. Just got the fronts done today. 3 coats od plastidip on the face and in side of the rim. Just have wait for them to dry all the way to put them back on

i love the idea of a convertible talon freakin sick really.

It's simple.

cut the defuser down the center. expand it to the width you want, lay tape on the concrete in the center where you can use a plastic product to fuse the gap and mend it back together, lay it smooth and thick.

when dry, within seconds, sand the front where it's seen and re-spray balm it black, it would take a maximum of 30 min to fix this issue.

If it's fiberglass, use the same method with glass material and resin.

I am just selling it. I have one for the talon bumper on the way. I could fix it if I really wanted to since I am a body guy but I am to lazy to do it when I got one cut to the right size for the talon bumper.

got them all back on the car now. They look so much better of the takata green. I will have them powder coated when I need to buy new tires some time but the tires dont have many miles on them so at least a few summers left.

got the 2gb talon front diffuser the other week. It will be attached with duz fastener's all ready have the base and rivets just need to get them mounted to see how long of screw ends it will need. Just will say they are for airline use
