I am running a similar setup to a FP Green, 50trim + td06h + 7cm housing
What I am currently facing is crazy boost creep. I run a 38mm Tial 7psi spring fitted on o2 housing

With the hose directly fitted on , i am getting around 14psi of boost
I am new to this setup , should I go for a 44mm wastegate ?

my boost aim with a controller is about 30psi, i have tuned it up to 30psi
but i do have to set the boost to about 22psi and let it creep till 30psi

what I wish to have is , set my boost controller at 30psi and the wastegate opens at 30psi n jst doesnt creep any higher anymore.

hope you guys could help me out
i tried looking for boost creep issues with the FP Green, couldnt find a solid anwser for it.

Thanks a million

Assuming that you aren't running an un-ported homemade o2 housing, you need a spring rated for higher PSI since you now have the small green spring rated for 7 PSI. http://www.tialmedia.com/documents/w3_tial_38_sp.pdf

Buy a large blue spring, use it with the one you have now and together you'll be able to run about 22 PSI (21.7 according to the chart) without a boost controller. If you want to run 30 psi, you can then set your boost controller to 30 psi. Be warned though, once you use those springs together, you can't run lower than 22 PSI, unless you take one of the springs out.

let me snap a pic of my o2 housing later
i fabricated mine , the exhaust outlet is about 3" pipe , the wastegate output pipe is around 1.6"

on the turbine housing side, i removed the flapper, ported out the whole chunk of metal over there, i dint port, i just big machine drills and kept drilling , the picture below is wht i removed from the turbine housing

thanks to jusmx for the picture , hehe
