My 90 GSX has that exact same cap Tony. I say yes.

Could be a generic radiator cap. If it's from Mitsubishi, it's from 3g, galant or so, not from 1g 2g DSM. The stock 1g 2g cap pressure is 0.9 bar, not 1.1 bar. Speaking based on JDM spec but I assume it's the same between the US and Japan.

Well its a mate to my 90 GSX's radiator cap. :)

I had a new generic one (.9 bar) on there, but it leaks ever so slightly. The lip had a small chunk missing where the cap screws on, so I put some jb weld or quik steel and sanded it flat. I'll try this cap and see what happens. If it still leaks, I'll swap out the housing. Thanks gents!!

I looked at the pic with a bigger screen and now can see a Toyo's stamp. I am not sure if they supply Mitsubishi but they do Honda. Their quality is very good, as good as Nippon denso.

I think you're right about it being a honda cap. I knew I've seen this cap before.

I have a 15 lb cap with a release lever on it on the Blue Talon. I like being able to release any pressure without twisting and getting a valcano of coolant everywhere, not to mention the inherent harm that it can cause to human flesh....we've all been there I bet.

That cap looks like it’s holding so that’s a good sign.
