Every single time I have ran into an issue a simple search has always provided me with the answers i needed but one that I didn't find a solid answer at least that was in a language I could understand was the Maft for my gm maf sensor which I figured out today utilizing like 30 post on here about but as a newb I just want to say two things!

1. Thank you for all your help I haven't asked questions yet but was able to find a ton of information for everything I needed!

2. Throw the Maft in the trash and buy the cable that links to dsmlink and save yourself the headache! If the Maft was in the car with you so you could tune on the fly would be a little helpful but man i almost gave up on it before I finally got that wot down and now I'm boostin!

Yep. I highly recommend not running a maft myself. I went against what a few people said about it and I regretted it really quickly. Could never get my idle dialed in. One minute it'd be 13.9-14.7 at idle, then it would go full rich 10:1. Every adjustment I would make would throw something else off. If I found a setting I liked in the morning, the tune would be garbage in the evening when it was cooler out. Never again. Ever!

Yes sir that is exactly what I'm talking about, I had to drop the injector size down to get an idle I wanted but then mid range or wot suffered then adjust those now I have no idle finally after taking a few years off both my life and the cars I finally get the thing to act right with a bigger injector size setting.
