Ever used this site? (Need cylinder head)

Hi, guys, I am looking for a new/used/reman cylinder head for 420a engine.

I see one on this site: 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cylinder Head 2.0L, Without turbo (Columbia, South Carolina, 306-01611, Very Good, $351.00 )

Have any of you ever used or heard of this site? Is it reputable?

If not, do you know of a site that offers similarly priced cylinder heads? Also, how do I know if a cylinder head is going to fit, do they have different types for the 420a engine or just one OEM?

Eclipse and avenger are the same head but beyond used different cams. Same head though.

Just post a wtb thread in the classifieds, I'm sure you will get many hits. I've also seen many refreshed 420a heads on ebay sell for much less than that.

Yers, I checked them out. Didn't see anything within the budget I'm looking to spend. I can get one for around $600 rebuilt here in town. Trying to find something in the range of $350 used/rebuilt. Tying to keep the repairs under $1,000.

It was just the first one I looked at. I'm not saying you should purchase this exact head, but you do need to look a little harder.

Well, right, I can find a bunch on ebay and whatever. I would like a trusted facility though. Not some "random" guy on ebay if I can avoid that.

Also, it says in the description DOEST NOT FIT ECLIPSE. Why? It says for 420a.

Yea, I did see that after I said that.

But, why does it say it wouldn't fit eclipse? Did they have a different setup somehow? Do you know?

Ha, no problem man! I'm no 420a expert, I did do a quick search though and it looks like not all 420a's are created equal:

However there are other options. This one isn't rebuilt but the seller seems reputable (and its cheap!):

if its nothing major, just look for a local shop to see how much they would charge to repair your current head.
