Froze my ass off on Saturday, trying to muscle it off. Snipered the bottom nut from underneath, through the space above the passenger side axle on the first spray of penetration fluid yesterday.. Let it soak for a day and two tries this morning in the 20 degree weather and we're golden....No busted knuckles this time 🥳 . Just waiting on the injectors to come back from FIC and then putting it all back together.

Yeah - I know this struggle well. I would recommend you build a replacement hose assembly while you have the system apart. That looks like a factory hose, and they are all dead now.

Why do these cars look so good when wet?

Bought a new DSM.
I don't know why.

Fixed the trunk light. It originally wasn’t plugged in and the bulb was blown.

After plugging it in and replacing bulb, still didn’t work. Pulled it out and the pins in both the connector and the housing were corroded so I sanded them clean to restore them. Also tightened the female connectors in the plug, and now she works great. Might even go with a LED bulb now that it works but so far, extremely satisfied.

That's a clean metric 91-94 cluster. That came in Canada and Japan spec.
