Your a brave man driving your car around after NYS sprays that white acid on the roads for snow. Make sure you wash your underside of the car.

So i did some more of my engines work. Nearly all good to put in now.

I also decided to rebuild the 1G Talon throttle body as it was not to my liking and was old. Im converting to 4 pin TPS now to! New ISC. New o rings. Metal housing shaft seals and FIAV bypass.

Was all taken apart and vapor blasted to a nice finish inc the throttle plate wnd it looks super nice now. Everythings now new. I may make an IPS bolt to remove the stock switch but im not sure on that yet. Im still deciding if i want to keep the sensor for looks or not LOL (tricky decision i know right!!!)

You ever start one with heavy oil in it? Say 20-50?

I always run 10-30 over the winter for random start ups but forgot to swap it out this year. 20-50 doesn't drain too well in sub-freezing temps and not sure I want to start it with that thick of oil in it.

I usually try to cycle my oil for seasons. I have 30 wt breakin oil in mine right now so it is ok. Drain the heavy and refill w 4 qts of 10w30 is what I'd recommend and do. Leave the filter on or change at your discretion.

Yesterday I scored a Magnus fuel rail I have been looking for one of those for a while brand new I can't wait to arrive at my brother's house so I can check it out plus few other things maybe today or tomorrow stay tuned

Finished hooking up everything in engine bay.

Drained coolant. I plan on bypassing the new heater core before I flush the coolant system several times to clean out any gunk in the block.

I may also throw together a quick inline mesh filter before the radiator to trap any chunks.

I started adding parts to my new storage shed that I got back around October. It's DSM oriented, so I figured why not post it here in "What did I do to my DSM today?". It was alot of work but doesn't look like it. :thumb:
More parts are going in tomorrow.

The Innovative one was all over the place. One sec was saying extreme rich next said way lean and car kept dyin/bogging down constant errors. Had replaced sensor few times short amount of time and before getting a tune was suggested to switch to the AEM and walla car runs just fine now. Doesn't die, runs smooth, and the air fuel ratio stays within high 13s to high 14s
