Make sure you have the polarity set correctly for flux core. Either that or turn down your wire speed/increase voltage because it looks like your welds are not penetrating. It's just piling on top and results in a weak weld.
That's on the 125 amps . My first pass is always enough and if I stopped there it would be normal , welded good , and look fine . But i don't do one passes for the most part , so I don't have the emf to burn in the additional passes to make them look clean . My new welder is a 140 amp and is plenty for how I weld . It's on it's last leg , but my 125 amper is great for single passing and gap filling to prep for the 140 to burn in .

hey Dusty ..just had a thought ..you and this guy should partner up and build show cars ..with his fab skills and imagination and ur attention to detail should be a match made in heaven !!;):D
Oh maaan... I uh.. I'm going to hard pass on that one. Glad he is doing his thing, whatever that may be, but.. nah I'm good. This thing is giving me a panic attack watching it.

I'm not sure if this was the result of some stress test modelling or what the purpose for all of it is. I just don't understand the need for all that tubing and the welds are scary as hell. I'm not a welder but I would think that if you had proper penetration, you wouldn't need everything to look like it's growing cauliflower. Are the tubes straight cut and requiring massive amounts of filler? Or have the ends been cut for a tubular joint?

@Spinalsign5357 can you explain why there's a need for all that tubing? Then perhaps we can appreciate all the effort and work because it just doesn't make sense from the outset. How did you come to the conclusion that it was necessary
