its only a 6" width tire i would not go anything above a 205/55 or it will compensate your handling.

Most 245/40/18's will fit on +40mm offset with rolled fenders and conservative camber adjustment. 255/35/18 is absolute max that will tuck under the fender but a non-rubbing fit may be difficult.Thanks guys, would I be able to fit a 245/40 or wider under there? Flash what tires are you running? And its not so much a daily driver, I spend more time working on it than driving it. So if I have to role the fenders I'll add that to the list.

I would go with a 17X8 wheel with a +42mm offset. Then choose your tire size 245/40R-17.
