Mine is done with the 'rain-effect' look. Looks better in person though due to color choice. Has a black base coat with a blueish-silver top coat. Used white and black to spray the water droplettes. Also used a Hyundai spark plug cover and shaved the logo off. Then painted it Graphite Silver.

A lot of nice covers in here. I have no idea which color/shaved or in shaved

White is NOT the right choice for a valve cover, especially if you're a neat freak like me :)

Good to know I was thinking about going with white

Then, I just picked a color at random, came home, and after a single coat every 10 minutes, I came up with this. This is 1500* VHT, by the way.

It's the first time I ever did something like this. Not perfect, but it makes me smile

Updated my VC with fresh paint, new aluminum spark plug cover, and painted the came cover and CAS housing to match. It's a lot shinier in person. I added 6-7 coats of clear.

I just recently bought a valve cover and had it shaved and powdercoated black chrome along with the 1g intake manifold being shaved and powdercoated the same to match. Looks clean as hell!
