Ready for the machine shop and I’m running out of space and getting out of control I’m surprised the rotating assembly including the bearings all look to be in good shape for 130k.

No damage to cylinder walls but it has these strange marks halfway down and I can’t feel it with my nails.

The oil passage is complete garbage on our blocks. Not winning any porting competition but this has to be more efficient. Big thanks to Jafro!!

You will be so glad you did it once your done........its not that bad of a process. Most make it way more work than it needs to be from what Ive seen. Seems that you make good decisions.........so youll be good. Plus, from the looks of things, you will be waiting for certain things here and there anyway so it will keep ya busy.

Yea plus once going through cleaning all the tight areas, All bolts will be handy to get them wire brash and keep them off rust and looking good

I know now is the time if I want to paint the bay. Machine shop will have my block done in a week or two at the latest. Honestly not wanting to rush anything at this point so we’ll see how thing go but most likely she’s getting some paint

Some goodies for the rebuild. Only order one dowel pin by accident. I’ll order the other when I order rings and bearings after I get parts back from machine shop. Dropping off balance shaft bearing to machine shop tomorrow. Should have everything back early next week. Guess I’ll mow the grass in the meantime

If I had a spare set I'd send em but I used them on the stock 90 rebuild with my son (not as stock now).

Since there’s nothing else I can do at the moment, I checked oil pump gear clearance and we’re within spec. Gears both look great and .004” for both gears so I’m happy to save a few benjis here.
