street build 11-12 second talon tsi awd

So I'm finally free in the weekends and decided to get back at it with dsm's.

I looked everywhere around my area and honestly I think I coulda done a bit better.
Still its hard to even find an awd shell these days,so I decided to go at it for a while.

Here's what I found...

Not in its best shape...
93 eagle talon awd with of course a 5 speed, the bill starts at 1000$ from here with these mods
Done by the previous owners .....they didn't know crap about dsm's...

I've got a 20g turbo
EVO manifold
A 2.5 full exhaust

Aluminum flywheel with a spec clutch

Balance shaft delete

Hks electronic boost controller
3" gm maf and translator
EVO 8 injectors 560cc I think
Wally 255 fuel pump

And finally a regular eprom ecu with a few gauges ( boost,oil)

For suspension its on kyb shocks and ttein springs for now

It's in scrap metal condition but in time I will rebuild repair and repaint everything..

My goal is to restore and do a mild build 11-12 second street Trac car.

If you have any suggestions or parts you think I should go with let me know I'd be glad to listen

My wish list for it is very long so I don't think I can describe anythinbut the basics
-dsmlink
-full race fmic
-dogbox
-272 or other streetable cams
-and a mild 2g-1g piston rod combo
And many more parts

So today I found out why it wouldn't crank
30 compression flat
...looked around and lost hope for a bit until I checked the timing belt
Out of time and with this on it

After a new OEM Mitsubishi belt I got it to crank up but still running ruff
For now.

Next I installed my t-case and driveshaft got a new drivers axle
And Walla its awd again

My next problem is here

The previous owner was deleting everything and left this
Now I can't figure out how to put it together.
Can someone advice me a bit.

So far its slow but good progress

Tomorrow I will try to install this
