Hey everybody! I'm new to dsmtuners as i have just recently purchased my first DSM off of djseclipse, he's a member on here. Anyways, the car was pretty much completely stock engine wise, it had some bolt ons which included: a FMIC, and a BOV, it also had wheels, tires, tokico struts and springs, and a short throw shifter kit. I have now owned the car for around 11 weeks or so, and in that time I've installed a megan racing 3in down pipe and test pipe, along with a 3in SRS cutback exhaust. I of course went ahead and did all of the maintenance before i started wrenching so i didn't cause problems in the long run, but so far the exhaust is the only mod I've done. Just recently my stock t25 turbo went out on me, and i decided that id go ahead and upgrade it while i was at it. I have ordered a real MHI evo 3 big 16g turbo with the install kit, an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, waste gate actuator, ARP head studs, cometic head gasket, and a nxs mbc. I plan to install these parts and tune the turbo on a low psi setting until i have the funds to purchase bigger injectors, dsmlink, chipped ecu, and for a tune of course. Thats not all i plan to do with the car, but I'm going to put up pictures and things like that as i go along into the build. The turbo and all of my parts will be here in a matter of 5 days or so, so expect some pictures up soon. I am going to be doing this build in my own garage as much as possible by myself, so if anybody has any suggestions or anything like that they are greatly appreciated!
