Fixed my wastegate dump that was blowing on to a coupler and did a little heat wrapping.

Also just realized i don't have any bump stops in my suspension. Explains why my car rides so damn rough . So im looking into either dg konis or feal coilovers. Anyone have any suggestions? Will be finally getting some e98 tomorrow.

Been getting a bunch of new parts in. Relocating my battery to the trunk with 2 gauge wire and kill switch. Useing gofers shopping list and diagram. So big thanks to him and turbosax2 for the help. I'm going to try to take a lot of pictures.
Also ordered everything for 6an fuel feed line, tank to filter. Going to drill out the hanger and bolt in the bulkhead 6an to barb fitting. Have a Jays alternator relocation kit and saturn 160 amp alternator on the way also.
New act started slipping too so I sent my sbc clutch back. I was having disengagement issues with it so he fixed it for me free of charge. Big thanks to twicks69. Also ended up buying a 98 gst for $200. Good parts car. Sure I can make some money off of it.


Still waiting on coilovers. Ended up ordering a set of feals from sim. Said they should be done monday. I've definitely got my work cut out for me now I need some days off.

Got a day off so I finally got a Lil bit done. Chopped off my stock fuel line on the hanger here.

Drilled it out to fit the 6an to barb fitting I got from stm.

As you can see the gasket won't sit flush on the hanger so I had to grind some of the fuel pump bracket off.

decided to mount the battery where the spare tire goes.

Chopped it all out and put the battery bracket in to make my marks to drill.

Got some more of my goodies in. 160 amp 1 wire saturn alternator, Jays racing alternator relocation kit, distribution block, 150 amp in line fuse, 2 gauge welding cable, 4 gauge power wire, little torch for solder, new sbc pp and full ceramic disc and some grommets I picked up at lowes. Gonna drill individual holes for the wires.
Got a few days off starting tomorrow soo I'm going to be busy for sure. Gonna finish pulling the motor tomorrow, install alternator and kit then do my wiring Friday. Got more done just didn't get pictures. I didn't trust where I had the through firewall studs so I put some silicone around it. Should have the wiring and fuel line done tomorrow. This has definitely been a chore.

ran these wires to the fuse box. Going to loom these tomorrow for protection. New flywheel shipped today hopefully have it in next week. Ready to get this suckered going. Hopefully everything works good all out call out in Albuquerque is June 6th. Be my first time tracking it. Going to put it in the big boys class. 12.8 to 11.5. I would hope I can make at least a 12.8
Hopefully I won't be the only dsm there.

It's a lot of work man I soldered every ring terminal and had to take them apart many times cuz I would forget to run it through the grommet first. Take your time and don't half ass it.

I've been having hell getting my lower injector seals to hold so I bought new seals again and this time put the old o ring under the fuel rail as a "spacer" and some grommets on the other end. Hopefully this will fix the issue.

Got the clutch from @twicks69 broke in and it's holding great. Also been tuning with @MY1GDSM and the car is running better than it ever has. Logging 50 lb/min and pulling great. Gonna take it to a local track tomorrow to see what kind of times my no driving ass can get also a big thanks to @gofer and @turbosax2 for the help with the battery relocation. Everything works and turned out great.

She is getting there. I'm running out of fuel now so we're thinking it's the relief valve opening. 43 base fuel pressure + 35 psi is already 78 plus whatever restrictions the filter has. Looked into the pressure relief valve punch mod. Found one link about it. http://foreinnovations.blogspot.hu/2014/02/increase-fuel-pump-capacity-50-for-free.html?m=1 will be trying this out sometime this week. Hopefully it works.

Got on the relief valve punch mod today. I moved it about 1.5mm. Hopefully it is good and does the trick. Well here are the pictures I took of it. You have to drill completely through this top section to the visible tube below it. That is where the relief valve is. There is some sort of metal in that section I'm not very sure what it exactly is for.

Really isn't much to it, pretty simple. I reinstalled the pump and it still starts and idles good. I am waiting on new tires now. All the tuning on the highway destroyed my qtps. They started showing the rope or whatever it is under the rubber. Have 2 new ones headed here and another street tire so I can drive without killing my slicks.
I'm excited too @MY1GDSM with how it's running now I need to work on the best mod "driver mod" going to the biggest race in New Mexico on June 6th. Hopefully I won't run into any more problems.
