Okay so as the title says I’m not getting air through my front defroster vents but I’m also not getting air through the foot vents.

I bought the car in the summer and all the vents would have air come out and I could select to which vents with the knob, the knobs broke off later on so I decided to just replace the whole A/C control unit with one out of a Sebring if I remember correctly and never checked if it worked the same (I know I’m dumb for not checking). Now that it’s colder I drove the car and found the knob to select the vents doesn’t do anything but make the green light on the A/C button to turn on. I’m only getting air from the regular vents facing the driver from the doors and the dash no matter what setting I put the knob to. I’ve taken the control unit out and checked that everything was plugged in properly and it looks like they are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone’s been through this before too. I tried searching for previous threads and will continue to do so.

I have a 97 Sebring and the climate controls are all the same as a 2g... If everything is properly connected, you may have an issue with the blend door actuator.
