I searched and couldn't find a similar problem, so I decided to see if i was getting WOT its only going half way when i push the gas pedal when i adjust the 2 10 mm bolts on the brackets to get WOT the idle would go to like 5k rpm so im stuck with half throttle what is the problem? bad isc bad tps?

Sounds like a mechanical problem vs and electrical issue. Do you have cruise control? If so I would check all the linkages to see if there is a noticeable problem or slack anywhere. Also could be a stretched throttle cable not allowing it to open all the way when fully depressed.

Yes I have cruise. I ordered a another ISC and I'm thinking about getting a new throttle cable

didnt test the isc but i unplugged the tps while the car was running and nothing happend does that mean its not working

Your car will still run even (in limp mode off your o2) if you unplug the TPS. You can check your ISC by using a voltmeter to test resistance between pins, it should be .28-.30. As far as you not getting WOT, are you using DSMlink? I am fighting the same problem, I thought it was my TPS, I changed it and I still cannot get above 2%. Let me know if you are using link, it will be easier to track down the problem.

nope no link, safc or any kind of data logging tools, im baisclly still going thru the car as i got it from kansas and got it shipped to me ive changed the gas tank becuase it was rusty 1 injector ### it was stuck and the car has been running great since then besides the high idle, i also changed fuel filter, oil, spark plugs, spark plug wires battery and alternator since i got the car, i didnt know i had half throttle until i was at the track and i told somebody to look at butterfly while i pressed the gas pedal.

I got bought another isc becuase it was fairly cheap and the car was sitting so i figured it was dirty and alot of people say there go bad easyly

Is it possible my cable is streched or my butterfly spring is no good I have full throttle now but high idle, and it seems i can only get it set one either low idle with half throttle or full throttle with high idle (3000 rpms) and i have the two 10mm bolts with slack in them
