I will be Posting Pictures very soon and will be updating project on a normal basis. currently are in the process of removing the 6 bolt out of the car to put in the almost finished built 6 bolt. I'm looking to have the car finished by the end of february and will be running the car at the 18th Annual DSM/EVO Shootout At Buschur racing also plan on putting the car on the Dyno. Wish me luck and any input will be helpful.

trust me im just as curious. I might actually have it on the road I have about an hours worth of work yet but it is like 35 degrees out today. I swear it was like 70 degrees for the past two weeks then I get my car out of the shop and the weather SUCKS. just a little of my luck.

But I did start it up yesterday again. Idle is 8-850 Rpms it is so smooth and sounds great.

And here is a little treat i guess I ran out of daylight and can you believe it was SNOWING :cry: but is supposed to be nice tomorrow so ill fix a few things and drive it :hellyeah:

here is a video nothing spectacular and I have a little lifter tick under the hood but Im sure it will go away when I get the good oil in it.

And a couple questions to you guys. My coolant temp sensor reads 316 degrees F I have a 2g pigtail and 1g Coolant temp sensor do i need to change it out or swap the connections?

1g and 2g coolant temp sensors read different. Yes that is a problem. I am suprised you got it started then. When I did my 6bolt swap to my brothers 2g car, it wouldn't fire with the WAY off reading 1g sensor still plugged into the gooseneck.
 
So should I invert the wires or install a 2g Coolant temp sensor?
 
I don't know about inverting. I just swapped in the 2g neck which had all the right sensors and it fired right up for me. I could never get my 1g to fire without the coolant temp sensor plugged in, so I figured that was the problem. Yes the sensor was reading WAY off with EvoScan just like you. Once it was swapped the sensor read fine. So that is the conclusion that I drew: the sensor was wrong so the logger recorded a wild number and ecu wouldn't allow the motor to run.
 
well I moved the car today :) even if it was 6 Feet backwards and 6 feet front wards LOL. I swaped in a new 2g Coolant temp sensor. My front o2 sensor is still messed up. interior is complete with all panels installed. I turned the CAS 180 and this thing starts on first start now. Whats left is fix Small coolant leak. Change oil, and fix O2 sensor and go for a test drive.
 
:pray:update on the car. I am entered and runing at the Thunder Natinals may 7-8 at US-131 Martin ill be sure to get some vids.

Problems with the car. Slave cylinder took a crap, exhaust rattle that is annoying as hell LOL, the car is so stiff due to the cage and suspension,

I just got all my new T bolt clamps and black couplers. along with my new ECU back from STEVE thanks man you saved me a lot.

I will be installing my SS clutch line and my new Exedy slave cylinder i have to do a clutch Adjustment and re-torque my head studs. and another oil change.

A little info on the event is its a pinks all out racing style friday we have 2-3 runs then they pick a feild of 16 or 32 with closest ET's depending on turnout so i hope ill be apart of that feild then it'll be heads up racing and winner getsw like 1000 bucks :thumb:

Yah let me know if anyone wants to go. if we get a few ppl maybe even cruise out. I have passes for ppl that want to go. A couple of my other freinds are runing we just got done building a KA 240 with eagle Wisco and a GT35R that will be runing around 25 PSI on DR's its pretty nasty ill be trying to keep up with that all night LOL.
 
Looks great, nice gymkhana rims, now you need like a 800fps camera and capture some launches.

I was waiting for someone to say that. you wanna provide the camera? LOL

hey throw some bucket seats in that car! would look sick behind the cage :)

I second that I just ordered my 5 point pink harnesses and im working on a deal right now. ill shoot some pics when i get it all and instal them
 
Closest camera I have is a Vx2000, but thats about good enough for skate videos.

Might have to contact Ken Block about that $50,000 camera we need.

Also, just wondering, what are requirements for inspection at Martin?? Do you need a kill switch??

Its been too long, bout 4 years ago Inspection was a "Car rolls straight, shes good" Type deal. Hah
 
Yeah, just peeked at there website, Ill just put my battery back up front when I go.

I will be using hoosiers up front, depending on what I get from my 16G @ 18psi, I think Im in store for an awd swap..

Wont you be needing a 4-point soon then?? viper? hah

I think I heard you were in a 100mm stroker crank dillema? Thought you told me stroker was a no-no hah..

Im sorta iffy they wont last long, i heard 6 months on a 7500 rev limit, blew a couple up.
