Is that carpet spray crunchy at all? I sprayed some interior pieces once with a dye and they got crunchy after, so I've never touched the stuff again.

Awesome Job. Doing the same exact thing as you to my Eclipse. Post more pictures!

so the carpet paint works pretty good?
i have stains all over the place in my interior.
headliner and carpet,

Hey man, I forgot to ask, how much is the cage going to run you?

pics up after the snow drys outWhat do you mean by detailing? Stains, rips? Is it just me or did you get rid of the wrinkled center section on the backrest?
is this a standard on all gsx's or was it and option???hey bro did you just do a light sand and black paint for your interior pics, like the one above. or what did you do, those pieces look great!!! keep up the good work.
-spray it with goof off first
-then let it dry
-sand with 200 grit first till the plastic turns dusty looking
-then sand with 500 grit till its smoother
-wash thoroughly, and let dry
-sprayed with black Dupli color interior plastic paint 2 coats.
thats my process
Only problem with that is it's not going to be very scratch resistant...I went down this same path and had a huge problem with reliability. Flaking and chipping wasn't an issue at all what so ever but light scratches were easy to ruin the finish. I was using duplicolor as well, about 2 to 4 coats, 2 light, 2 medium and 1 heavy. I've since then moved onto 96 cent black from walmart and duplicolor enamel clearcoat to protect it. It does look way to shiny but it doesn't look bad once the whole interior looks the same.
