She’s dirty but I’ll get’er cleaned up, next up I’ll be pulling my pedal assembly and begin installing the auto pedal/shifter assembly, over the course of the winter I’ll continue to buy more parts and then I’ll be sending out the trans to Aaron Gregory and the T case/diff to TMZ:mrt:

Hey guys, figured id do a quick little update, been working on the car a good bit these past few weeks, reading and soaking up as much info as I can on w4a33.com

I just got the shifter mounted today and most of the pedal swap done, the second go around pulling the pedals was way less daunting than the first time LOL. Anyways I’m so excited seeing these parts in the car! I’ve got a Frontline Fab diff cover on the way with the bearing saddles soon to follow, this spring I’ll be sending my t case and diff to tmz, hoping he can yank the ring and pinion out of the j1a 3 bolt auto I have and essentially re build my 4 bolt b1h into the coveted J1H :D For the trans I’m just gonna go with kiggly 5 frictions and my alto red end clutches and have Aaron Gregory weld the center diff, hopefully the car might be back on the road late summer we’ll see, I’m in no rush tho LOL, hope all is well with everyone!

Another little neat tid bit I’ll throw in is the flow comparison of my 2150’s from the last 2 times they were serviced, they seem to continue to flow more and more with each cleaning LOL

I noticed my 2150s flowed almost 2250 after cleaning also.

However I’ve only idled the car once on it before tearing it apart, upon reading Brandon’s thread @Kratosv2 he ran into an issue with the radium fittings bottomed out on the baffle, he apparently “shaved” them down so I’ll have to address that before making any boost in the future :thumb:

Why 2 cleanings that are only 8-9 months apart?

I dont know much about injectors, other than what it is that they do and am going to be sending mine to FIC for the first time, so really just asking out of curiousity.

Last march was my first time having them serviced, at that time I didn’t know I’d be going auto at the end of the year, knowing the car would be down for awhile I just wanted them cleaned so I could store them for however long and hopefully have no issues whenever I start the car later this year, also the 2150’s don’t have stainless internals like the 1650’s so I guess they are more prone to having issues from e85 just sitting for long periods of time.

Just got the front and rear motor mount/brackets swapped! Wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be. I ALMOST Just did the brackets thinking the roll stops were the same..

Here’s the fronts, auto on the left 5 spd on the right.

The autos definitely bigger LOL.

The rears look close but the auto bracket on the right is still a fuzz longer, and the front was just a little shorter, anyways I’m another step closer!

Don't forget the PILOT BUSHING Jeremy! Just a reminder. Something you can do at the moment. 😉
