Who do you recommend for throttle body rebuilds? I've personally never done it myself

Not sure your competency level to do this yourself, but you can buy the individual seals, gaskets, and o-rings from some of the supporting vendors of this site.

I plan on doing it myself but all I know is that I have a 1g N/T throttle body and not sure on the year.. so I don’t even know what seals to buy; could you help me out?

I'd have to guess that's a 91-94 NA TB but please do not only take my word for it. The below information will be based on this assumption.

RTM says the turbo seals will fit a NA TB:

RTM Racing :: MITSUBISHI / EAGLE :: DSM: 2g (1995-99) :: Engine :: Gaskets & Seals :: Seals & O-Rings :: Throttle Body Shaft Seals: DSM

"NOTE: These seals are sized to fit turbo DSM throttle bodies, however, they will also work with non-turbo throttle bodies. The only meaningful difference between a turbo and a non-turbo throttle body is the depth of the shaft seal bore is slightly shallower on an NT throttle body. This will cause the shaft seals to protrude about 1mm from the face of the throttle body but this will cause no issues with sealing or anything else."

You're probably going to be doing this yourself. IIRC turbo seals will work in a 91+ NT TB. Supporting vendors should have the seals in stock.

Unfortunately, we've been out of mil-spec seals for a little while now. Our source dried up and we haven't put enough effort into finding a suitable replacement so we haven't been selling rebuild kits. But some vendors do still have them or standard seals.

It will be a while before I am back on track. Workspace is limited, and parts are limited from the fire loss, so I am only working on things in a case by case scenario for the time being.

90 parts, I still have the shaft seals, but I am out of stock of 1990 FIAV gaskets as they went obsolete a while back. I have the BISS screw, O-ring, cap, ISC o-ring, throttle plate screws, etc.

I still have 91-99 style FIAV gaskets and rebuild components.
