1G Throttle body plate

Hello everybody!
I unscrew the link on the cruise control and as I screw it, I see that the throttle plate moves. In which position should the plate be? completely closed or is it supposed to be open little bit ?

Closed. There is a spec for the slack in each of the throttle cables including those for the cruise control.

Okay. Do u know where can i find these spec ?
Can I just set it so that the cables are tense and the throttle plate is closed ?

In the factory service manual. You have one right?

In general if I recall correctly each should have about 1mm of deflection slack. So no, they should not be tight.

I have only pdf service manual which is on the site so ok,I just srew until TB plate will be closed and then screw litlle bit should be ok

If you have a 1g you need to set your idle positions switch (moves throttle plate).

yes but first i need to set tb cable ?

i didint touch ips so i think i dont need to set it ?
