anyone ever run the XTD stage 4 pressure plate with a stock street disk and have luck?

i just installed one in mine and i can't get it to engage in any gear, feels like something is blocking it and it's not disengaging far enough to get in gear.

Have you properly bled and adjusted everything after install, or did you just slap it in and hope it works?

yes i bled the clutch atleast 4 different times, and re adjusted it and it still won't go in gear.

I haven't but I do have the xtd stage 4 solid disc and works great. My clutchmasters started slipping right away. That pp isn't suppose to be run with that disc I'm guessing.

yea that's the same setup i had but my clutch disk sheared all the rivets after 4k miles. Not launching it once, just normal driving.

XTD is known to be a cheaper brand but I've heard nothing but good things from people run them in their setup I'd try bleeding it and inspecting the fluid level worst case scenario you might have to disassemble the clutch assembly good luck man!!!

I have a stage 4 and 6 puck unsprung, had to use an extended slave cyl rod (made one myself) and adjust the master cyl rod to get mine to work, I even shimmed the pivot ball with 1 washer. The fork looked like it was throwing enough but apparently wasn't quite enough.

I'll have to try that before I tear it all apart again. Thanks.
