Should be purchasing my GCS S3 cams and GCS Spring and Retainer set next week. Man I'm getting so close I can taste it. I have to go to car shows or come on here and look at pics for motivation. It starts slipping after the car being down so long. I am still trying to decide if I want a CC twin disc or Clutch Masters Twin Disk. Wonder which is better out of the two. I will probably got CC just dont know yet. Any one of yall running a Twin Disk setup?

^ Not a fan of music that drowns out the car but good vid anyway. That's what I like to see, not talking it, but doing it, only a couple sentences and a video or pics speaks the rest. This gives me hope for my fwd.:rocks: Do you know how much power you're making by chance?

Just by going off ecmlink It's somewhere around 280-320hp. We have a dyno here at the collage so I'd like to try and run the car on it. But either way the setup is really good now, with bc272 added its what was missing. The 16g was flowing 36lb/min @ 18psi so id say that's great for that turbo. But I know that its also maxed and think it's time for the h1c I have. Planning to have it ready for next months races.
 
I'll be up and running around September. I have to get the tranny rebuilt and buy some rims for my new slicks. Im shooting for mid to bottom 10s with the auto fully dialed in.
 
cant find a clean awd dsm? thats when you have to buckle down and and get your hands dirty, find one some and build a nice clean awd dsm :D thats where im at its sucks not being able to just drive it rite now! but hey in the end the pride of knowing YOU built a clean awd dsm..... nothing will compare. :thumb:

You know he made that post in 2005 and hasn't been on this website since 2007..
 
UPDATE

I need to plumb my a2w tank lines and then I plan to make some passes two fridays from now at a lower power level due to injector size ( ID1000's) but plan to be making 650ish. I will post up results. I'm gonna try to get FIC 2150's or ID2000's before then but not sure I can swing it. The Sinister level 4 converter is loose as expected but does allow me to easily spool the s372r to 10 psi on the foot brake in less than 2.5 seconds. I know the top end will be effected but it'll work for now until I can get it sent back or purchase another one.
 
Making progress! Started dialing in the Laser tonight on E85 and I am very happy so far. 70 to 90 mph in 1.54 seconds starting at 2.4 psi and ending at only 18.5 psi and 0 to 103 mph pedaling 1st and 2nd in 4.46 seconds at 17.38 psi. Not to shabby in my opinion. Now the kicker...... gotta get it to the ground in 1st-2nd!!!

Going to the track Friday to start the fwd launch adventure :)
 
I want to see this especially on a fwd. If it is true how in the hell are you getting traction.
 
yeah Im doing 0-115 in 7 on a drag track.
The fastest FWD cars in the UK are only doing 0-115 in 6.5
 
Calm down guys, i'm not saying there no chance its not spinning whereas i did pedal but i can assure you car makes a ton of power at 17-18 psi. Im no rookie with these cars, though this is my first FWD. I am hoping to at least test 1/8th mile friday so we will see what its doing. If i were to guess im in the mid 500hp range at the current boost setting of approx 17- 18 psi and is still have at least 20 psi to go if i can turn it up past the 1/8th. I was just simply posting what my logs were saying. I'll let the car do the talking when the time comes. Its a heavy pig weighing more than it did stock so nopefully itll stay together.
