Got rid of the 2GB eclipse spoiler and slapped on a 2GA Talon/the proper spoiler. So much better.

So much better. Obviously have some holes to fill now, but I want to paint the car anyway so not a big deal. I like this so much better than the 2GB Eclipse Spoiler with a Talon rear end.

How well does it spool? I have one with a t3 .63 waiting to go on with a gasket ported cast manifold.

I'll be honest, I never do straight 3rd gear pulls anymore to get that baseline number people like. My guess would be in the very high 4000s or 5k RPM area though.

Not today, but it was this past weekend. Finally got to drive a dsm for the first time in over 12 years. First time on the road in over 17 years for the car. Completely stock other than lowering springs, and the wheels.

Swapped out the cut up trunk trim as well that the previous owner hacked to to put the battery there

Turbo drain line fabbed up. Stock location on the pan ended up being too high for my liking so I welded another bung lower down on the pan.

Wired up the harness to accept the fic injectors had to solder in the ev6 connectors so they would fit through the jmf smim. Setting up the haltech s2 and ic7 set up.

Swapped in a new head unit and currently waiting on a new rolling anti lag button. I'll post pics when done but should be really clean.

Checked to see if the hatch leaks. It does. Sigh. Every DSM I've had down here has a leaky hatch. Lol.

I didn't have to register. President Ford suspended draft registration as of April 1, 1975 so men born between March 29, 1957, and December 31, 1959, were generally exempt. I graduated June 10, 1975 after watching the carnage on TV for most of my childhood. Up until April I expected to get sent and come home in a bag. With the evacuation of Saigon at the end of April it was pretty clear my future had changed.
