Received Autometer C2 electric Oil Pressure gauge (matches all PO's others)

Cut some holes in my fender reinforcement. (Not the rusty looking one) :)

Welded in front fender brace plates. Need to grind down a couple high spots, but it's ready for tubing.

tried to score a set of sportback seats from the autowrecker to replace my lame-o current 1g nonpremium seats.. no dice, car was completely gone

should have NEVER traded out mine for a matching interior set of fronts/rears/door inserts.. CURSES.

so, SFA.

No more baby boost now that I can get some heat in these tires. I think it's time for some 26x11.5 QTPs up front..

Creeping up on the rpm at 29-31psi. Going to call it a night.

Thinking about running through 9250rpm tomorrow, same boost, but WOT and maybe pull some fuel.

Even with the warmer pavement, these 140 wear RS3s just aren't up to the job at this power level. Probably stiffer LCA bushings and traction bars too.. car made 600whp @ 8500rpm on a Mustang dyno with only 25-26psi and a bit leaner.. That's ~24whp/psi boost and my IATs are still barely getting more than 10*F above ambient.

This additional 6psi boost already dialed in plus another 750rpm could put her well north off 700whp on even the stingiest dyno.

Last weekend I bought myself another awd 2g.. My plans for this car you ask? I am going to awd swap my awd donor car!! This car is a pretty rusty pile.. 600 bucks for the roller, all I really wanted was the drivetrain and wiring harness.

Its hard to believe I cut this super clean 2ga up for my awd swap. California car, absolutely no rust.

Good to hear, now quit being stingy (like a Mustang dyno) and post a log instead of a screenshot. :sneaky:

:dsm:

I think that can be arranged. Should have a chance later when I'm by my laptop. Nothing super exciting I'm afraid.. Aside from the injector settings for E85 it looks like a typical "big turbo on 93oct" tune to keep torque in check on the stock hardware LOL

Decided 1.75" DOM was just too big for this.... pulled some 1.5" (crew?) out of my scrap bin and cleaned it up.

Cut/welded in top braces. 2 more per side to go.

Started sanding my jdm valve cover. Its gotta be fixed anyway. So itll get some fresh paint when its done as well.

Gobs of crap came out from the baffles when i was washing it..Maybe thats why I was getting oil in the intake tube in the first place. But I digress.

Put some up on Link forums for ya :thumb:

But for the public forum, sanitized screenshots are all I'm comfortable with. She'll make 30psi before 5k at part throttle sometimes..

Not bad for a T4 JB truck turbo with a huge and heavy ass turbine wheel.

I was just giving you a hard time, I do like looking at logs though so I appreciate 'cha.

Last minute velocity stack mod in full effect last night at the track and it did perform as advertised, I gained 2-3lbs/m of airflow.

I'll contribute to the screen shot logs, you can see my airflow numbers on a turbo rated for 47lbs/m. Granted airflow can be inflated if the tune is off but my BoostEst line is actually LOWER than my Boost level so if anything my logged airflow readings are lower... Not bad for a td05 frame turbo.

Dug around a bit and found the harness side of a plug and play harness for an SAFC-II. While I was there I pulled the ECU and found this.

It's been rebuilt too with the updated caps that ECMTuning uses. Was very happy to find it. Now just need it socketed and V3 Full installed.

Always been a 1G, never in my life did a 2G door handle until today. Fixed the previous owners impatient, dumbass mistake in a few minutes. Result was this.

<iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/VzD7gBJ_Idg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Woo! I just sat there opening and closing the door like 30 times just because the previous owner swore up and down something was wrong internally with the door and the entire door needed to be replaced. Turns out replacement door handles just are a little taller. Took the slack out of the rod and it opens perfectly now. :) Now to do the other side.

Received package from ebay. NOS OEM 2GB Eagle Talon mudflaps.

Finished fender braces.

I managed to warp the bottom bracket position when I seam welded the last piece of tubing.:banghead:
Bottom bracket is now a complete hack job, but the brace bolts in. Top bracket still has the sides to stiffen it, but the bottom bracket they're mostly gone. (It's flat)

~4lbs 11 oz per side before powder coat. Meh.... I should save more then that when I rip out all the ABS crap.

Please forgive the PO's stickers. They will be removed before the car sees the street. :)
