How far should the slave be moving? It's moving less than 15mm for me (see vid).

    - Brand new clutch, flywheel, slave and master.
    - stainless steel clutch line
    - The fork is not hitting the bellhousing (see vid)
    - Clutch engages RIGHT off the floor.
    - Clutch is bled properly.
    - Master is adjusted all the way out (only way to get the pedal to feel normal)
    - Clutch drags at 7000 rpm, no less. (see vid)

Worn out pedal assembly? How do I check that?

    How I feel:

Here's a video of the slave movement and clutch dragging.

Get a Twin disc and watch your clutch drag problems disappear. That also looks like a 90. you might have bent pedal assembly and or bad pedal bushings. Ive experienced this clutch drag horror show and its extremely aggravating. I tried everything LOL. But the twindisc seem to fix all my issues.

Yep, I've confirmed that my pedal is worn. The whole assembly needs to come out and I'm going to weld it up.

Do I need to order bronze bushings to do this? How many? I know there is (or was) plastic bushings in there, can they all be replaced with brass ones?

Thanks for the help, I want to get everything ordered before I pull the pedal so I can pull it, rebuild and weld it and have it back in the same day.

Yep, I read that, I've read pretty much all the previous threads, I've done a lot of searching. What I'm not sure about is how many of the bronze bushings I need to order. I can figure it out by taking the pedal out, but I want to order them first so I can get it done in one day.

This thread has been the most help:

This was also helpful but didn't answer all the questions asked:

I only used one bronze bushing when I did mine, I ordered the one from JNZ.

I would suggest only lowering the steering column don't pull it out because it is a real pia to align back up. It is a real pain to get that assembly out of there.

Pull the driver seat out so you don't have to be so contorted while trying to pull it out and put it back in.

I’m still curious what clutch, PP, and flywheel you’re using.
