I just replaced the clutch master cylinder and am in the process of
attatching the adjustment rod bracket to the pedal assembly. Instead
of just threading the rod out and leaving the bracket, I popped off the
cotter pin and took out the pin. When it slid the pin out a rubber o-
ring dropped into my hand, so now I'm not sure exactly where it went.
I'm not sure if it goes inside the bracket or what, or if it even needs
to go back on. I'm thinking it goes inside the bracket, but that's
what I've been trying and it's not cooperating. Plus it's a pain
laying down on the footwell trying to manuever everything with one hand
and/or trying to maneuver my other hand/arm down there. Anybody know?

It goes over the washer on that "pin" that connects the actuator rod and the pedal together. It's a royal PITA to put that pin back in on the clutch pedal with that little bit of room. Hope that helped. :thumb:
