Ya I actually had a notcher at the shop but the piece was to small and the notcher was for larger pipe. It was a complex bend to make.
TGV delete I did for a customer. I like welding the holes shut instead of threading a bolt in with JB weld. Seems kinda jank to me. It does take more time but o'well

I just wish mine didn't have close to a 90-deg angle on the wastegate dump into the exhaust but it kept the design simple and compatible with standard downpipes. Of course I can't quantify the impact of that and am going on general turbo theory as to why i'd rather it be further away from the turbine and a smoother entry into the exhaust flow.
