Ya I actually had a notcher at the shop but the piece was to small and the notcher was for larger pipe. It was a complex bend to make.

TGV delete I did for a customer. I like welding the holes shut instead of threading a bolt in with JB weld. Seems kinda jank to me. It does take more time but o'well

FP doesn't make the recirculated O2 housings for their fp exhaust housings anymore? Weird, I'd think they'd have a jig and could replicate them fairly easy by now. They produced this one for me years ago:

Looks very much like yours I just wish mine didn't have close to a 90-deg angle on the wastegate dump into the exhaust but it kept the design simple and compatible with standard downpipes. Of course I can't quantify the impact of that and am going on general turbo theory as to why i'd rather it be further away from the turbine and a smoother entry into the exhaust flow.

That o2 housing you have looks like the 3in model and only comes with the v-band out which the customer did not want to use. He wanted to reuse his stock downpipe and just bolt it on. FP does make a o2 housing that would bolt right up but it has a dumped wastegate which he nor I like. I will most likely update this thread and my build thread when I start building my manifold/exhaust/cage work. Just a heads up. I need to save up so I can buy a bender for the cage.

So fwdmaster wanted me to fix a crack and do some minor grinding to the piece. It is a O2 eliminator. The person that welded it didn't clean up the sugaring on the inside and some how on some tight spots they didn't pick the right gas flow/cup and they sugar'd it up pretty good there. Just a simple fix but might as well throw a picture up. I did the welding on the wastegate area and resurfaced the flange and ground most of the sugaring away.

Well got the manifold started for the H1C. I started off by making my own merge collector which is no easy task. Mad props to fabricators who make there own merge collectors. Soon I will have brackets made to hold the large turbo. Here is the progress.
