What kind of internals do you have in that thing?
you use mild steel flanges?
Is there a reason you choose mild over SS flanges other then price? Also lets see the inside of the collecter. Were these manifolds back purged while welding?

Nice. It's been awhile since i've seen some nice fab work. After i'm done fixing my car and the shop calms down a little i'll post up some of my work as well.
What made you want to do this extensive work on a 1.8 ? Good to see someone do something unique.
I actually started the dsm scene when my dad purchased himself a 94 eclipse base model and that's what started it all, but i never saw big support from the aftermarket.
Good to finally see someone is willing to try this motor out and mod it.
What are your hp goals for it ? What will you be using to tune ?
Wonder how he'd do with a 12v head - the MCA-Jet 1.8L head?
