hey guys so i actually got some work done today i finished the trunk floor today,
i dont have any images of the steps only the final work.

i still need to coat it more with the undercoating.

I'm not sure about undercoating on the interior. Why not paint it to match your car?

I wouldn't worry about the intake sucking in water. Ya it's low but the whole filter would have to be submerged for it to suck in water. So don't drive through any floods and you should be good

well i thought about it but the car was silver before and its still silver on the inside,
from back seats to dash bored is cover with dynamat.

after the undercoating drys ill see, the undercoating can be painted if i really want to.
but i like it the way it came out so far.

Ya, you got to get that dynamat out asap. Get yourself some aircraft stripper and a putty knife. After you scrape most of it out use some air tools and those red scotch brite discs and clean up the surface (you can also wet sand it like I did and spend more time then you really need to). I had some on my doors and I spent many hours picking at it, stripping and prepping it. I'm still not happy, so I'll probably have to reprep and spray my door again. It's time consuming, but worth it.

IF i were you i'd put the air filter back up in the engine bay if you DD this car. I ran mine down there for a few years and on heavy rains it would suck enough water from normal ground cover to start putting out cylinders, then before i re-routed it back i hit a place where they wre working on the road and there was maybe 6" of standing water, well i hit it slow, pushed in the clutch and tried to idle/coast through it slow as possible to avid water.... needless to say i posted a pic of a bent 1g rod shortly afterwards

thanks guys as for the dynamat im leaving it as is i want it dynamated, the undercoating on the trunk came out good just what i wanted, so everything is staying the way it is.

I think you had better hide that switch unless you want every dipshit in the parking lot effing with your power and/or resetting your radio.

yeah i thought about it but i can always take it out i dont need to have the switch there all time unless im going to track.

i can always cut the hole on the back where the plate goes bigger and mount it inside on the body itself.

hey guys i haven't done much to the car as i have got the wrong circuit breaker 3 times back to back and the place im getting it from cant seem to get me the right one, i don't know why because i want the one they advertise and they keep sending me some random one.
i hope i can get the right one by this week then i should post more images.
