Great fab work and a good attitude to boot. Have you ever been to home made turbo?

My first collector - HomemadeTurbo - DIY Turbo Forum

Post #4 is someone being nice... I just assume that when some people weld, it's on a nuclear reactor and the fate of an entire city is at hand. When I weld, it's to keep a $200 turbo from falling down and a $50 exhaust attached to the car.

Anyway, keep going. Car is clean, fab is great so far. Inspiring me to fire up the tig and the sawzall :rocks:

Thanks alot man .I think i have been there a long time ago .But cant remember LOL. I`m once again not that great but this isnt a Fashion show ya know. The only way to get better is to put alot of time and patience in whatever it is you like and you will get better . For me its welding but i dont get the time to do different things then what i do at work. We pretty much weld the same thing day after day kinda. But anyways LOL. Now your inspiring me to wanna do more stuff. I would love to do more but its hard to when you dont have much time and because people on here have hit me up to do things ive never done before. Not that i wont try to or cant do it , but also i need the car to do somethings ect .Every set up is diff. But hey man go fire up your tig welder ! I wish i had one i only get to use the one at work .I want my own oneday. I deffently have alot to learn about cars and welding but i can do pretty good with both i suppose . Thanks again man ! Keep fabing yourself !

Ronnie

Hey man that manifold looks great ! Keep up the good work ! Dont stop fabing stuff .Its always good to see people making there own parts ect .

Ronnie

Second Nature Sic! I love the way you think through the process, very nice mods. Keep up the great work! :thumb:

Yeah the thinking is half the battle .But when you get through that part and you make it happen its a great feeling . Even if no one else likes it LOL. Thanks though man . If your in the need of some small stuff that i wouldnt need the car to fab let me know. And i can see if i can make it happen !

everything looks nice. However, may a make a suggestion, either make the O2 dump all one piece or put a v-band on it. unless you have a need to bolt a drive shaft to the O2 housing;-)

I am completely inspired. I have been making a few things here an there for my car, but these fabs are way above and beyond what I have attempted. I am a function over form type person, so I can say that your welds put my to shame. I am embarrassed to show my welds compared to these. Ronnie, really inpressed by your work though sincerly. I am self-taught when it comes to my welding as well, I guess I am just a slow learner in comparison. I am a Marine by trade, so dont have much time to practice! Would love to check out your car in person. I am headed your way, to Quantico, this summer with my Talon. Would love to check out the mods and fab work you have done and compare notes. Good luck with your future mods!

Second..with out a doubt do what you do and keep going for it.
Practice makes perfect, right?

Don't listen to the doubters..they're always shut down in the end.

Anyways..I might use you. ;] I like how you ended up doing your External dump, etc.

I just have to figure out what I need to be fabricated besides a 90* degree o2 dump for my 4-bolt turbo. :p

I like your fab work. To me your welding is awesome but there are always room for improvements. That's when you start playing with a tig and aluminum pipings or even titanium tubes. I wish you have access to titanium rods so you can build me a titanium exhaust and don't worry I will provide you the pipings. Overall, keep up the good work!
