Looks good! The sound isn't to favorable for me personally but good job regardless. What muffler is it?

very nice work. I like the sound personally. Have any pics of it on the car? How much for ya to make another one haha.

I dont have any pics of the actual car right now...ill post some, at some point haha

It actually cost about 200 for all the material and it is really high quality stainless

Where did you get the materials from? And are the bends mandrel? I wanna do a custom but no miffler shops here sell good stainless in 3 or 3.5"l inch and none of them do mandrel. However, if i could get high quality pipe woth mandrel bends, i could take it to them and have them cut and weld as needed for cheap.

I bought A 3" manderal U for my bends... and bought a 8 foot section of straight pipe... i found all the materials from companies that sell stainless on ebay. its all 304 16 gauge stainless

Right on exactly what i needed to know. Thanks for the info man. What did you do for the downpipe and flex section?

when i bought the car there was a megan racing downpipe on it...but the guy cut off the flang and welded it to the hack job of exhaust that he put in. so i bought a 3" band clap and clamped the downpipe to the new stuff i made

I see. I was kinda thinking of just having them cut my vrs downpipe an inch or two from the flex and have them weld it up with the stainless. Wait on second thought my dp is aluminized steel, they wouldnt be able to weld the two together effectively would they?

it would be a good idea to put a clamp or a flange in there somewhere... that way the exhaust isnt just one big piece

Cool story bro, I didn't know they only made 2 styles of DSM, 1g and 2g.

Try getting a better audio quality, one that you aren't driving away in and during the day time to see the exhaust from the rear.

Here are some pics of the car...and another vid

Either that audio sucked or it sounded like a utility four wheeler was revving its engine.

The phone isn't giving good audio pickup but hearing past the distortion it sounds good. The idle was nice and low. I would try to get a better audio pick up from something else if at all possible (maybe a friend with a video camera) so everyone else can hear what it should be. I'm also on head phones listening.

So might I ask why a can instead of a more subtle oval?

are you asking about the entire muffler? I like the look of the N1 style

tried agian to get better audio, but just cant get rid of the distortion with my phone...
