Hello! Recently I painted my 1g eclipse GS-T and when I got the car back a lot of things weren’t working. I could not start the car from normal key turning but the car will run and drive fine if I run a wire directly from the starter signal to the battery. I checked every fuse, relays, and normal engine bay grounds and nothing is out of the ordinary. Considering that the seatbelts do not work, specifically the passenger window stopped working and the radio I’m assuming there’s a short somewhere or maybe an open circuit? Anyone know where this might be before i start taking things apart? They had to take off the front clip when painting but I’m not sure if there is a ground in the front past the headlights that would do that. Is there a relay that the seatbelts and the radio are interlinked with?
. Starter was the relay and the passenger door was not connected at all. The driver door did not have a working seatbelt that moved. this was from a wire breaking off somewhere in the door, I just rewired the cable the I knew was cut. Works great now! Never figured out the radio but F it, race car.
