Sorry I’ve been out of the scene for a long time. I used to be really good at searching the forums for the info I want but it seems either I am rusty or the system has changed.

I want to get a fuel rail for my 2g GSX. I don’t think an EVO fuel rail will work but I’m not 100% sure.

So will the aftermarket EVO fuel rails bolt up without modification on the DSM 4g engines?

If not. Does anyone have a recommendation for a inexpensive ethenol resistant fuel rail that fits without modification?
 
Define inexpensive? Magnus makes a nice one thats in my opinion reasonable in price. The Evo rail bolts to the intake whereas the Dsm rail bolts to the head.
 
I maxed a 37r on a bone stock fuel system aside of injectors, single 450, and afpr. Boost was into the 50s and this was on e85. I don't see a reason for a different rail and would bet anything the stock rail could do 1000hp.
Lucky that stock 1G fuel system is far superior to the stock 2G, I couldn’t get to 40psi on the stock lines using a single 450 on a 35r.

But back on topic, I highly doubt you need anything other than the stock rail. Only reason I swapped mine out to the Magnus was ExtremePSI offered a deal where the fuel rail was free when you purchased the V4 cast intake. I would just locate a stock one and run that, I think I have one of you can’t find one local.
 
I disagree and think you were at the point of the relief valve popping open.
The stock 2g feed line is a lot smaller than the stock 1g, I believe it was @bastarddsm that did the comparison of the 1G/2G/-6an that showed the 1G being larger.

Either way, I swapped out the stock line for -6an(now upgrading to -8an) and I was able to hit the 40psi without leaning out. I ran the 450 high pressure so I assumed it could handle that type of pressure. Did you do the relief mod to yours?

Ok. I don’t want it for performance reasons. I want it because I run e85 and I want the surface anodized to protect from the corrosion.

I ran the stock one successfully for a long time. No issues. But now the car sat for years. When I parked the car there was e85 in it and the fuel rail is corroded inside.

It happened. I’d rather just get an anodized unit and know it isn’t going to happen again.
 
Any aftermarket rail is going to run you ~$150+ for the fittings, these are your options. If you're lucky you may find a discount code or snag one in the Classifieds that's been used. Notice that none of them use the OEM hardware so, if you get a used fuel rail, make sure you're getting the hardware necessary to mount it or it will be a expensive paperweight.

One I would recommend to avoid (From my own experience) is the AEM fuel rail. The O-Ring design isn't that great and it keeps leaking on me. I've replaced the O-rings more times in a year than anything else on my galant and I'll probably end up going with the Magnus rail in the future
