Ya we were trying to use a progressive antilag, where it would start the antilag at 3000 and let in increase to 4500-5000, but no luck. It just wasnt enough to get the car stalled. It might have worked on our old set up, T66 with much smaller cams, but this 2.0 just doesnt make enough power down low to get the antilag to increase like we were thinking it would.
What cams are you all running now? they sound pretty aggressive.

Whats your crew member doing to the hatch as the car pulls into the staging lights? Can't say I've ever seen that before. BTW the 1.4 60 looked pretty clean. Keep it up!

Probably readying the chute.

Partly correct. We have the data logging switch right there under the wing. So once the car is ready, flip the switch and it starts logging then. That way the log is more "to the point".

Bringing this back to the top. Car went to the dyno last night with one of our aluminum rod E85 motors. We made sure the base tune was right and then tried to turn the power up a little. It was less than 35* in the shop so we couldnt get it to hook on the dyno at all! Still made 580whp through the auto with the big stall on 23ish lbs of boost, which is a little better than the last time we went. If we can get lucky and the weather hold out this sunday we will be heading to our local track to make some test passes and maybe crank up the boost and put some of the changes we made to the car to good use! If the weather does not cooperate then we will just have to wait and see what it will do on the 19th at IFO in GA. More to come soon!

Well the track was not open this weekend so looks like we will be making our first passes at IFO in Georgia. Anyone going to be there?

I plan to be there @ Thunder Valley IFO in April I think. I took these pix of your cars last year.

Can you send me a hi-res version of this pic? I'd like to use it in some videos for this year. Thanks

Did you change the nitrous setup at all? I had the same problem with AEM not turning on the N20 sometimes. It would work then not work. I melted cylinder 1, but I think it was hurt on a pass when the fuel feed line fitting broke. I might look into changing the tune on the cylinders 1-2 and adding fuel when I get back together. Car looks amazing though!

Thats exactly what we're doing. We are trying to go away from using the nitrous all together but still need it for the stall (for now anyways).

Well we didnt end up going to the GA IFO (rain) so we stayed home and wen to our local track to finish up getting Darren's NHRA license. It was quite easy for us to get and was a good chance for us to do some testing on the car. We had no issues at all (FINALLY!!!) other than the track prep was very poor. Overall we will be very ready for the Houston IFO next weekend, if you are coming swing by our pits and say hello!

some video from today....

Hopefully IFO here in Houston wont get rained out. Its been really sh**y lately:notgood:

I really want to see you guys tearing it up!!

Ya we are hoping the weather holds too! That is one of our favorite tracks to go to. We will see :hmm:

Awesome car! Hope you get the 8! (Auto here as well)

Did you do the blue wire mod? And if so do you have it full pressure at all times or just above a certain Rpm?

We run full line pressure at all times. There is no TCU in this car, we do the Kiggly Manumatic method and shift it with a ratchet shifter.

Well, we are in Houston about to head to the track. I'll update this thread as the race goes by. Hope we have some competition. Stay tuned.

Well we got it. Off the trailer...
