2g rolling anti lag

So I am debating to turn on anti-lag on my car it's a 1995 eagle talon tsi, I have a stock 7 bolt bottom end with, arp head studs, MLS Head Gasket 268/272 bc cams, a jmf intake manifold, hx35 running about 26 psi, tuned on ecm link v3, and a snow performance water meth kit. So my question is how much strain will the anti lag put on my motor and turbo. Is it even worth doing.

I've never gotten it to work. Can't tell if anything is happening when it is on. I'm here to see if anyone else has made it work in ECM Link.

That setup should brake boost instantly, no need for anti-lag.

Oh ok, but still wondering out of curiosity how bad is it for your car if it was used once in a while. Is there any risk of it blow up my stock bottom end?

Usually the risk by aggressive anti lag/rev limiter you should be worried about is on the exhaust components rather than the bottom end. Like CAT, turbo, exhaust pipes, exhaust gaskets, O2 sensor, exhaust valves/valve seats and may cause exhaust rocker arms dropped. If the bottom end is the stock or forged wouldn't matter much.
