anti-lag help

Quick question, how bad is anti lag for my engine/ turbo , i used very rarly maybe a few times a week, i am running an fp green with 1350 cc injectors and a 255 walbro pump, i have it set to 3400 rpms but what should i enrich the fuel to , to be safe, thanks

I know it's basically a part of the combustion event happening in the exhaust system to keep the turbo spooled but that's about it.

I want to know this as well...

It can raise EGTs a good amount due to the extra fuel going through the exhaust, which is not good for your turbo.
