Which port goes where on turbo?

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

The cooling line that comes off of the thermostat housing goes to the rear of the turbo center section[it's the supply line], the front cooling line for the turbo center section comes off of the coolant pipe, which runs from the water pump [aka the turbo coolant return line].

And as mentioned above the oil supply line is indeed the top port on the center section of the turbo, the bottom tube is the drain line [as you already know].

to make it easier to understand oil comes into the center section from the top, and out from the bottom, coolant in from the back out from the front.
