Solution
That line is for the charcoal canister. It would have plugged into the stock intake pipe to the left of the valve cover breather pipe.

You shouldn't be venting with a the stock MAS. Either switch over to speed density or get a GM MAF + translator and hook it up in blow through mode. I know you cannot recirculate with that TiAL BOV you have but look into one of those two methods I posted.

You have oil exiting your BOV? Is your valve cover breather line still hooked up to the intake?

For one, You shouldn't tee into your BOV vacuum line. And two, your better off running a hose from the breather on your VC to the ground behind the tranny instead of the breather filter. It will begin to spit oil around your engine bay.

Being that you don't have a 16g of some sort, keep the boost turned down until you have proper supporting mods. You SHOULD have the BOV recirculated but you cant with that style TiAL and the intake pipe.

Check the turbo for shaft play as the oil could be from there or it's residue that has been in the IC pipes from the previous owners time. Try to get a heat shield if you can, it'll lower under hood temperatures.

i do have a evo 3 16g turbo... and a new 02 housing on it.
and the battery does have plastic covers over the turminal.
the bov tees off.... one end goes to the mbc and the other end goes to damn idk what its called its right under the strut bar haha my bad im new to dsms
and the oil idk where its coming from im guessin its from the bov.... it just started havin oil come out from there couple days ago....
