I do not know the location of this part but it looks like it would hold a hose or cable in line.

This part was the only one in my piles that I had to scratch my head over. Never seen it before either, but It was in my intake manifold removal pile. No alarms on my cars, but the 79 cobra pile is close to where I found this.
