Resolved Need to know where this part goes

I need to know where this part goes. A shop took my engine apart and gave me everything back in bags and boxes. I can't figure out what this part is and where it goes so I can finish putting my car back together

look just under the the front lip of the oil pan (About 11 O'clock) and you will see the hole it goes in.
