I obviously didn't read 47 pages, I'm new here. But the topic is interesting.
I love my FWD, but I wouldn't drag regardless of the drivetrain. I just don't have that kind of money to support racing. I don't want AWD. Well, that's not really true. My ideal car would be RWD or AWD with a heavy rear bias.
But for someone who just wants around 380-515 HP for some around the town spanking, I think the FWD suits me. It's lighter, simpler, less power loss, less to fix/break, and better handling. There are just as many advantages to AWD, but again, this suits me more for now, I think. The Quaife will be essential.
Eventually, I plan to pick up an AWD to join my GST in the garage.
